Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your CIGICON 2019 registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at info@cigicon2019.com clearly stating your reference number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the billing email address you used while registering.

• All cancellations done on or until 30/04/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of gross registration value
• All cancellations done on or until 30/06/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value
• All cancellations on or done until 30/08/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value
• After 30/08/2019 no refunds will be provided
• All refunds will be provided by cheque 4 weeks after the conference
• Timestamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
• GST value is completely non-refundable
